London Stock Exchange to abandon failed Windows platform

The London Stock Exchange (LSE) turned down open source when it came to choosing the platform for its trading system. Well, they've now payed the price: Link Meanwhile the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the New York Stock Exhange continue on without a blip, showing that open source is more stable than proprietary systems.
